This was my first time using L&J's Accountants, as I had a issue with my wife's self assessment, Leanne was extremely helpful, always replied to E mails or phone calls very quickly, explained the process, what info she needed in easy to understand language. We were extremely happy with the final outcome, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and to use them again when required. Many thanks to all the team

After changing careers and going freelance I was reccomeded L&J by my brother who has been using their services for years. Best descion I made. This is the second year I asked Leanne to complete my self assessment. Leanne is excellent. Her communication is always spot on and clear, and any emails I send are replied within 2 says, often within a day or same day. She would ask me for receipts or invoices that I may not have to consider providing so she could claim as tax deductible. It helps to have someone who is so knowledgeable . Then when the calculations is done she will always send me an email with an easy to read break down detailing what amount is due when. One thing I really appreciate about Leanne is that even once the calculations are done and even during the process of calculating my tax she is very approachable and happy to answer any questions I may have. She is someone who treats her Clint’s with respect and will not close the case until you are completely happy with everything. I found the fee of having L&J do my self assessment very reasonable especially because of how fast they work and all the head Charles and mistakes I would most likely make if I attempted the calculations myself. I will definitely recommend her and her team to anyone looking for a good and reliable accountant. I will be contacting Leanne next tax year. Thank you so much Leanne for making the self assessment process so smooth.

As someone new to all this, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Communication has been spot on from the start – I’ve been kept in the loop every step of the way. Leanne has been great with clear and thorough communication over email, and it’s obvious she really cares about the quality of service. A special shoutout to Gemma, who’s been managing my account – she’s warm, approachable, and genuinely goes the extra mile to help me understand how everything works. She’s made something that felt overwhelming seem totally manageable. I’ll definitely be using them again for future assessments. Highly recommended!

I asked L&J's Accountants to help file my tax return as I was worried I was running out of time due to work commitments and to be honest i didn't know what i was doing. Leanne was amazing. She got straight on to it and filed it within days. Leanne was very friendly, professional and very quick to reply to my million and one questions. I can't thank you enough for your services. Highly recommend!
