I am extremely disappointed by the experience I had with Legal Landmark Solicitors concerning my disrepair situation. They collected a considerable amount of my personal information, including sensitive documents like my bank details, passport and my children’s medical records along with a fully completed legal aid application. However, after providing all of this, they took no action to support me. Before approaching Legal Landmark, I had initiated the process with another solicitors who specialised solely in disrepair cases. They were exceptionally professional, efficient and communicated effectively throughout but i didnt go ahead as after consulting with a lady from the Citizens Advice Bureau who recommended Legal Landmark highlighting that they handle all aspects of housing issues which i needed urgently and claimed they were highly regarded. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a significant mistake. In March i made several attempts to get updates regarding the draft letter to the council that I had been promised but my inquiries were met with hostility. The most troubling interaction on the phone was with a particularly rude and unprofessional staff member who disregarded my concerns entirely. He interrupted me, didn’t ask for my information and bluntly told me that if I wanted faster results, I should seek assistance elsewhere. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable, particularly in matters involving sensitive legal issues. It is especially frustrating to think that I was directed to this firm by an employee at the Brent Citizens Advice Bureau given their negative reviews. This raises serious questions about their credibility and connections. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Legal Landmark to explore other options.

Disappointed with Delays I was promised that the work would be completed as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, there have been continuous delays. The lack of communication and progress has been very frustrating. I expected a more efficient and professional service, but this experience has been disappointing. I would not recommend Unexpressed Solicitor based on my experience.

Dodgy firm and unprofessional solicitors , avoid or you will losing your money and time. they do not even deserve one star .
