I've had the pleasure of using Landsmiths twice now, one for the sale of a property, and the other for a purchase. Both times, Elliot represented me and he has done a brilliant job in communication, acting on my best interest, and explaining things that are sometimes difficult to understand. I think people are often anxious about the process of buying a house, but I can assure you that Landsmiths will make it as easy as possible, and they'll always pick up the phone if you've got an issue or concern.
