Larcoms Solicitors consistently show a complete disregard for the residents living above their office. Their parking habits block essential access, including fire exits and bike bays, making life difficult for families, including those with children and disabilities. Despite polite requests for consideration, they have refused to move their cars, often parking over the line even when other spaces remain empty. Worse, their reckless driving poses a serious safety risk. They speed around corners near our building and refuse to stop or wait for pedestrians—forcing us to jump out of their way to avoid being hit. This level of disregard for basic safety is unacceptable. I urge them to change their behaviour before someone gets seriously hurt.

I would not recommend Larcoms Solicitors based on my experience. Despite multiple polite requests, they have continued to issue unfair fines of £170 to residents living above their premises, even when the parking space is owned by Vivid. This has caused unnecessary stress, particularly as we have a child with disabilities. Their attitude has been dismissive and unhelpful, showing a lack of consideration for residents. Around Christmas time, this feels especially harsh. A more understanding and respectful approach would be appreciated. (Also states can park anywhere from 7pm)

So happy I picked larcomes to sell my property. Very professional and very honest all the way through. Always knew what point my sale was at and was always there when I needed to ask questions (first time seller) took alot of stress away from me. Michelle was incredible all the way through and so was Rosie and Oliver when they assisted. Such a small friendly team that looked after me, thank you all

The team at Larcomes have been excellent throughout our move. Jenni Couchman carried out the conveyancing for us with the help of Hazel plus Paul Lee. All were extremely helpful.
