They took my money only to listen to me to explain the particulars of the case and then they proceeded to say that they need to instruct a specialist lawyer for my case. However, despite multiple chasers they never came back to me but they were quick to take my money for no advice. Evidently, this is very unprofesional and I'm contemplating reporting them to the Solicitors regulation authority.

The brilliant Richard Ritter and Esra Our solicitor Richard Ritter and his assistant Esra did a brilliant job picking up our new lease flat home buying case. We were dropped and traumatised by 2 other solicitor firms before this. With their expert help and speedy work, we got back on track and managed to take us through the exchange and completion within 2,5 months. They were always available and contactable if we had questions, always responded to emails promptly within a day and explained everything to us, so we felt comfortable throughout the process. Their prices were also reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough!

Used Richard Ritter from Law Lane Solicitors for conveyancing and couldn’t be happier with his and his paralegal Esra Demirtas’ help. They were always very quick to reply to any questions or queries we had, were always very helpful and professional and focused on the necessary details, despite the sellers solicitor often making things difficult. We always felt that they kept our best interest at heart. I can recommend their help and we will definiately use their services again, should we ever need it!

I visited Law Lane to get a document certified. I was initially quoted one price via WhatsApp, but on the day, after waiting and being called into an office, I was suddenly told the cost would be double the quoted amount. I decided to go to another firm nearby and was charged half of what Law Lane had originally quoted. The experience felt unprofessional and shady, as if I was being taken advantage of. Would not recommend.
