We have used Lawsons for multiple transactions including business purchases and sales and house purchases and sales. Victoria has conducted all of these transactions with the up most professionalism and impeccable attention to detail. All of these situations were far from easy in particular regarding external factors impacting completion for various reasons. Victoria always handled this with a with a great level of understanding, integrity and emotional support. We will always look to use Lawsons Solicitors again for any legal services we need and we would highly recommend them to others in the future.

Lawsons recently dealt with the estate of my late father and the sale of his house. Both Rebecca and Victoria were extremely sensitive and professional at this sad time and difficult time. Although not a speedy job, dealing with the "ins and outs" of probate would have been too much to tackle without Rebecca's excellent handling. The sale of the house also went very smoothly with Victoria dealing with the conveyancing. It was a nice surprise when I received the invoice for all these services as it was much less than I had accounted for. I would not hesitate to recommend or use again the services of Lawsons.

Rebecca & Victoria sensitively handled affairs relating to my father's house & estate. At the same time as being professional, they were also very caring. We could not have done this without their expertise. Rebecca left no stone unturned in handling the estate & Victoria made sure the conveyancing went smoothly. Also their fees are very reasonable.
