After reading glowing reviews, I had high hopes for Lawyers Point Solicitors—despite the name sounding more like a budget legal advice hotline than a reputable firm. Unfortunately, my optimism was misplaced. Three weeks after instructing them, and after enduring a series of baffling communication failures, they abruptly dropped us via email. No discussion, no attempt to clarify concerns—just a cold, impersonal termination of service. When we tried to understand why, we were met with staff who were as unhelpful as they were rude. Thankfully, we’ve since moved to a far more competent firm, where the experience has been the polar opposite—responsive, proactive, and, crucially, professional. If nothing else, Lawyers Point has proven itself to be an excellent case study in how not to handle clients.
