Extremely pleased with the service we received from Legal & Contract Services and would highly recommend them. When my step father passed away Sam helped me and my Mother deal with the estate from start to finish. Sam was helpful, polite, compassionate and couldn’t fault the service we received from her or the team. Yes, the process of administering the Will took time, but that is understandable. My Mum often says putting this service into place was the best thing her late husband did and she couldn’t have coped without it.

If there were zero stars I would give this. My wife and I were led to believe that we were taking out a funeral plan and in the event of one of us dying everything would be taken care of by them, funeral arrangements and costs, disposal of ashes, all administrative arrangements relating to the death and we would have nothing to worry about, they would deal with it all. They left us their brochure which detailed their funeral plan. When my wife unexpectedly passed away I contacted them immediately and they told me the earliest they could visit was 10 days! When they eventually visited I was told that they no longer provide funeral plans! I asked why I was I paying them every month and the best they could come with was that they could sort out my wifes Teco card! At a time of extreme distress I was left to make all the arrangements and at great personal cost when I was led to believe that I was paying for them to deal with everything. I managed to cancel the contract but got no assistance from them whatsoever, either financial or any support. I contacted Citizens Advice and this company were known to them, they told me I had a case against them of mis-selling but it would be a very long drawn out process involving lawyers and courts and as much as I wanted to proceed with this, it was not the right time having to come to terms with my wife's death and dealing with all that it involves. They know this, that is why they get away with it, Deal with them at your peril, they are an unscrupulous company.

Excellent service offered by Samantha and the LCS team throughout the difficult process of administering our Fathers Will. Communication was first class, response times were very prompt, and always friendly and professional. My Father was keen to draw up his Will and trust the administration of it to LCS in the hope that there wouldn't be any unnecessary pressure, or unexpected costs, for the executors when winding up his estate, which was such a wise decision. Understandably the process of administering a Will can at times be slow and complex, so I was always very grateful to have the professional guidance and support of the LCS team. Thank you for being so patient and understanding throughout.

I have been with Legal& Contract service since 2018. My husband and I took out our wills with them and opted for the Ultimate Priority Service. The best thing I ever did. I have used the legal support numerous times. The staff are friendly and professional, they never fob you off with an excuse. If they don't know the answer themselves they'll someone that does. Tim Clegg has been great and not only gave me advice, but also talked me through any letters and/or emails I've needed to send. LCS has definitely saved me money and given me peace of mind knowing there is someone I can turn to in a 'crisis'. Thank you Tim and your lovely team. Highly recommended
