Recently used Leadenhall Law Group to sell & buy and i cannot recommend them enough. Birgul was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of selling & buying our homes. She was always extremely quick to respond and always so helpful with anything questions we had. She managed to get our sale & purchase through very quickly & very smoothly. Best experience we’ve had with solicitors and would 100% use them again.

If you’re buying a house, don’t take a chance on Leadenhall! We were assigned Michael McNally as our conveyancer for our house move and it was nothing short of a disaster. No communication via email for months and I could never reach him on the phone. His assistant Daniela gave us 6 working days notice for completion and then told us the following day that our mortgage offer had expired, despite them being aware that it needed extending. Thanks to our incredible mortgage advisor, we managed to get things over the line with a day to spare, but I didn’t even receive an apology from Michael for the mess he had created. If you take the time to read some of the reviews here, this is clearly a common trend. As a first time buyer, this was nothing close to what I expected from my solicitor. There may be some great conveyancing teams at this office but it’s honestly not worth the risk. If you’re going to part ways with thousands of pounds, pick a different firm. I escalated this issue to the Head of Conveyancing and the Managing Director, both of which failed to reply. They conveniently share the surname McNally, so no surprises there.

We recently worked with Gilmour, Destiny, and Nelman on the purchase of our new home, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. It was quite a stressful process at times, but their calm professionalism and constant support made all the difference. They were always quick to respond, explained every step clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track. We genuinely felt looked after throughout the whole process. We can’t thank them enough for their hard work and dedication - we’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

Things seemed to start off well with Leadenhall law. However as time progressed the customer service experienced was awful and made our house selling and purchase process even more stressful than moving house already is. Furthermore, we had an estate agent inform us that the tone and attitude in Leadenhall laws emails to other solicitors in the chain, was not what you would expect, and as a result of this, ended up getting the solicitors backs up, which as you can imagine caused further issues when trying to come to an agreement on certain matters. It also caused a lot of misunderstanding and miscommunications. The amount of work and chasing we had to do as customers was not acceptable , nothing got done and things were just held up unless you are constantly on their case (more than usual with solicitors) With this being said, once the firm / team recognise your number, they will ignore your calls and not answer your phone calls. ( I know this because I would call a few times from my number, and get no answer - I would then call from a different number, and low and behold, the call was answered straight away) Extremely disappointed with the service received , I will never forget how much more stressful Leadenhall made this experience and I would never recommend, or use them again. We were assigned to Ethan Curries team.

My husband and I just bought our first house and used Leadenhall Law Group as our solicitors, and were thrilled with their service. Birgul was in charge of assisting us, and she was very communicative, helpful, and forthcoming with everything we needed to provide. The process was smooth, and we were able to move into our new house quickly. We would happily recommend their services.
