We dealt with Leanne Riches and her wonderful team during our property sale and purchase. Leanne was fantastic all the way through, she and the team were extremely efficient, responsive, pragmatic, and friendly the whole way through. Obviously, buying a house is already a stressful time, but the speed with which Leanne & team were able to push everything through at was truly incredible especially as we had a few hurdles thrown out way in the process! I'd wholeheartedly recommend Leanne and Leathes Prior. Thank you!

Jake and Zumi were both amazing and were always very helpful and responsive. It wasn’t an easy job for them as the other sides solicitors were challenging, however they excelled and closed the transaction on time. I would highly recommend their services, and will use them again in the future! Great job guys, thank you so much!

I recently contacted LP for a family issue and was put in touch with Ellie Davies. From the get go, she was superb. Communication was succinct and easy to understand for the lay person. While not stupid, law is not my forte. The costs, were clearly laid out and reasonable estimates were given for each stage of the process. Ellie has worked tirelessly to obtain the result I wanted and I would have no hesitation in seeking her guidance in the future should I need it. Thank you LP! One very happy Dad.
