We dealt with Leanne Riches and her wonderful team during our property sale and purchase. Leanne was fantastic all the way through, she and the team were extremely efficient, responsive, pragmatic, and friendly the whole way through. Obviously, buying a house is already a stressful time, but the speed with which Leanne & team were able to push everything through at was truly incredible especially as we had a few hurdles thrown out way in the process! Lewis Kelly was professional and I was impressed with his services as well as the rest of the team. He was patient as there was a lot of back and forth with re writing contracts and prices were laid out and reasonable. Jake and Zumi were both amazing and were always very helpful and responsive. It wasn’t an easy job for them as the other sides solicitors were challenging, however they excelled and closed the transaction on time. Out of 5 quotes we received from solicitors theres where by far not the cheapest but if you are someone that wants the cheapest things in life then you have the wrong outlook, These where by far the best and more consistent reviews. Fabulous service all round, very helpful and informative for us and will happily recommend and use again
