Leathers Prior were recommended to me, and the level of service I have received has been excellent throughout. Pat Gibney’s communication has been outstanding. I never once had to chase for updates, which made dealing with my late brother’s estate so much easier during a very difficult time. Everything was handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency. Because of the excellent service we received, my husband and I later asked Pat to prepare our Wills. Once again, the process was completed very quickly, and everything was explained to us clearly and thoroughly, giving us complete peace of mind. I am so pleased that Leathers Prior were recommended to me. My sincere thanks to Pat and his colleagues for their consistently excellent service.

We worked with Leathes Prior in summer 2025 for conveyancing, and our key solicitor was Rachael Hughes, who I cannot recommend highly enough. Rachael was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire process. Our purchase and sale moved very quickly our end, and she consistently went above and beyond expectations: Assisting with our survey, answering countless questions, chasing the other side daily, and providing expert advice at every stage. You often hear horror stories about conveyancing solicitors, but our experience was flawless. Not a single complaint, worth every penny. I would highly recommend the team.

We used LP redeem our Help To Buy Loan and had a very positive experience with Jake Mowatt, Harry Smith & Izabela Chlopek. We were kept up to date at all times with the status of the transaction by Jake, which was completed very quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain what was happening at each point so that we could fully understand and was very helpful with questions we had. All interactions with the above staff were polite, informative and professional. Would really recommend to anyone and will be using again in the future.
