Brilliant experience prior to completion with Margurita. Sadly since completion we've not had any support in claiming back the agreed retention from our sellers, leaving us significantly out of pocket. Sent many emails with a promise of action, but no progress in 7 months.

A terrible experience. We approached Mr Khalid Sofi in 2018 to assist with a very large community Trust land in London with wide ranging implications for a poor community in East london. Not only has he acted negligently he completely damaged the prospects of a party that was perusing a genuine stance in the interest of the Trust. Muslim organisations please completely avoid Khalid Sofi. There is strong evidence to suggest that he may have committed perjury and needs to be referred to the SRA. This firm has failed its duty to uphold standards
