I’ve known Alex for nearly 12 years, so it’s sad that I have to write this. I referred my mum to use Alex’s service for will writing and estate planning. Quite frankly it’s been a disaster. I’ve been quite involved in the process to support my mum. Not only did Alex get the information wrong in my mum’s will several times, he also handed off the estate planning to a third party without telling my mum. We have tried to contact Alex after complaining and he now ignores us. I could go on and list out all the issues but won’t, other than to say that it’s cost my mum/the estate around £40,000 in inheritance tax due to the ongoing delays and absolute ineptness. So please avoid. Really shocking service. Will be going to the ombudsman!

Alex and Kate at Legally Bound have been really excellent with my Wife and I. The service we have received has been first class. In all our dealings with them, they have guided us through some extremely important topics and explained everything in order for us to make informed decisons. . I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional, good value and all staff are knowledgeable in Thier departments. Ryan was able to set a will/trust up to my exact requirements. Will definitely use again in the future. Highly recommended.
