I would strongly recomend you do not use the services of this solicitor firm, there are more concerned with making money rather than helping you out. We had a trainee solicitor 'Jason Ford' on a case and he was totally out of his depth. We got him to liaise with another solicitor firm regarding a divorce agreement, he would speak to the solicitors and then come back to us with their reponse but would not add his own knowledge or experience as to how he felt with the reply. He done this over and over and pretty much acted like a mailman who just delivered our reply and delivered their reply. So this is regarding his professionalism and experience, poor. Let's get onto the money grabbing. When we first spoke to Jason regarding using his services he told us he would never speak to the opposing solicitor unless we instructed him to and he would only say what we wanted. There was a point in time where we sent a message across and we were waiting for a reply. We told him not to reach out to them to chase for a reply as we knew this would incur charges 'using his time' to email across and also we were buying time to sort some issues in the background relating to logistics. When it came to billing us the charges were very expensive and did not look right. When we queried this with Jason he said he had been chasing every week via telephone calls and emails, over and over. When we asked him who told him to do this and why he had done this, he sent a very political email back to us about him using his professional judgement to do what he thought was right, etc. Even though he said right at the start that he would only do as we instructed and he was there to serve us in a sense. Clearly a money grab, we ended services with him and he was clearly very unhappy with this. I plead that you do not use the services of this solicitor firm, you will waste your money and get a sub-quality service in return. There are many other things that Leciester Legal did which were displays of poor quality but in all honesty I cannot be bothered to invest any more time into thinking about them and explaining it as they were such a drain on mine and my families energy. I thought I would take the the time write up atleast this much so people can get a feel for what kind of service they provide, the rest is down to you, save your money and your time.

Want to thank Russell for all his hard work on my late father's probate. After losing my dad my head was all over the place but my dad left me to deal with his assets as my mum was unable to. Russell put me at ease and took a HUGE weight off my shoulders in the time I was greaving and couldn't think straight. I HIGHLY recommend Leicester Probate to anyone.
