Absolutely rubbish! I would highly recommend that you not spend a second of your precious time nor a single penny of your hard-earned money with them, as doing so would simply be a complete waste of both! I've met hobo's who seem both more diligent and effective, and I'd sooner recommend you hire one of them than consider getting Leigh Day to handle your legal affairs - they'd most likely do a better job!

I am thinking about engaging Leigh day again - had such positive experience - twice - few years ago. The issue is understanding the limits of your case. No one wants to demean or upset you - but evidence and procedure are key.😪

Communication with this company is shocking! You can only communicate via email and even then you wait so long for a reply and many times do not get a reply and have to repeat the same query in another email. Extremely frustrating. I have been “communicating” for 10 months and still do not know if I have a case to take forward. Can never get to speak to a solicitor on the phone or a direct answer via “email”

I was initially referred to Leigh Day by other victims of the valproate scandal. After reaching out via email a few years ago without response, I recently tried again. Despite multiple attempts to contact the firm, including phone calls where I was either cut off or sent to answerphone and a website contact form, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or assistance. This lack of response is deeply disappointing, especially considering the sensitive nature of the matter and the courage it took to reach out.

Do not come to this law firm. No matter what. I should’ve read the google reviews beforehand I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Leigh Day regarding a medical negligence claim. Despite the hospital admitting negligence and liability Leigh Day refused to take on our case, claiming it wasn’t likely to succeed. This decision was made after wasting valuable time and raising our hopes unnecessarily. Their lack of compassion and willingness to fight for justice was appalling. It felt like they were more concerned with their win rate than standing up for a client in need. If you’re seeking help for something as serious and devastating as medical negligence, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Leigh Day clearly prioritizes convenience over accountability, and their lack of effort has left us bitterly disappointed.
