Rory MCcarron took my case after a hit and run cycle accident where the driver had left the scene. He refused to give up and fought and fought on my behalf when I was injured and vulnerable . He was amazing and sympathetic and got a really, really good settlement which has helped me to accept my permanent injury and plan for the future. I can't thank thank him and his colleagues enough.

Unfortunately, the reviews and ratings for this firm are well-founded. They attract clients due to their position on the legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, however they are the worst firm for communication that I have experienced, and they rarely have capacity to handle issues they claim to be experts in. To say I'm disappointed by the experience would be an understatement. If you are reading this, I know you probably need help as desperately as I do... but you are unlikely to find it with Leigh Day. Desperation can make us accept treatment we would never normally tolerate, so do yourself a favor. Contact the civil legal advice line and they will get you the help you may not necessarily want, but do need. Leigh Day, if you're reading this. Things need to change, and your receptionists need to be fired and replaced with people who answer the phone and respond to emails in a timely fashion. I can't imagine the founders of this firm would be pleased to see how far it has fallen in the public eye.

Ignore the negative reviews I cant.fault these ladies and gentlemen for there professionalism.especially Ryan Bradshaw who successfully won a very long group claim against the DWP of which I was a claimant in and was successfully compensated this case dragged on due to complexity of it for 6 years but Ryan was Professional persistent and easy to communicate with throughout the claim I would be delighted to have further delighted this excellent law firm in the future 🙂
