Excellent service from Kate and Andy at Leonard Gray.They always answered my queries promptly and and were reassuring. Very friendly and professional. I bought my home through Leonard Gray 20 years ago and this is why I sold through them. I would recommend Kate and Andy at Leonard Gray if you are looking to move home. You will not be disappointed. They found the perfect buyers for my home and the whole process was very easy due to their encouragement.

I recently purchased a house through Leonard Gray estate agents and was looked after by Andy and Geoff. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the sale took a bit longer than expected, but I was kept up to date on a regular basis by Andy and Geoff and couldn’t have been happier with the communication. I also had a few viewings which were facilitated by them which was never a problem. Would definitely use again.

I have just completed on the sale of my house in Chelmsford. Leonard Gray Estate Agents provided me with exceptional service and good advice throughout the process. They helped me to choose the best buyer having realised three offers within a week of the house going on the market. It suited me that they are a small team, as I was always able to speak to someone who knew about my house and circumstances. On the occasion that I left a message on the answerphone I received a call back within the hour. Many thanks to Kate and Andy for all their efforts.

Andy and Kate were instrumental in helping us land a new home in Chelmsford. From our first offer to negotiating on a final offer took minutes. Kate and Andy prepared me for the several process of buying a new home , what I appreciated the most about Kate was she checked in often not only to see how things were going but also to provide me updates on how things were going from my rather long chain. Although sadly our purchase did not complete, for reasons beyond their control, I was very impressed by Andy and Geoff at Leonard Gray Estate Agents. They are experienced, knowledgeable and great communicators. Highly recommended.
