The first time I rang I was told that they couldn’t help because they were closed for the day, even though it was 30 minutes before their actual closing time. I rang again the next day to be told that they don’t actually perform ID checks and since that is what I needed they were unable to help. I’m a bit confused because as far as I am aware the law states that solicitors have to do ID checks on every client so I think this solicitor just really couldn’t be bothered. Definitely would not recommend this company.
