Slow, lacked initiative, made mistakes and did not acknowledge or communicate to me what they had done. If you want a team who can look at a portal or check an inbox when asked fine. If you want a team to email and call to speed things along Chanelle's team is not for you. The complaints procedure is a waste of time. Alex will just write you a 3 page excuse. They quote you a cheap price and then add on lots of extras. I would not recommend and now neither would my estate agent.

Gillian Sandford was excellent and we cant praise her highly enough in acting for us on both our home sale and purchase in what were very trying circumstances. She kept us informed at every step and responded by return to any questions or concerns we had.

I instructed Levi Solicitors as I do not have time to attend legal matters personally. After paying their fee, and waiting for them to deal with several matters, I was given a set of instructions that I was already aware of. After challenging the fact I paid them a considerable amount of money to deal with this on my behalf, they said they couldn't work with me because I lost faith in their services. They refused to refund me and have ignored me since. If you want a firm to copy and paste instructions from a government website, then charge you for it, Levi Solicitors are perfect for you.
