Ben Cooper did my conveyancing for my first flat purchase, which turned into a longer stretch than anticipated, and not so straight-forward (with no fault of Ben!). Ben did an amazing job with getting it over the line, against the stamp-duty change deadline. He is extremely efficient, capable, thorough and just all round great at his job. I would highly recommend Lewis Nedas to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. We worked with Richard Greenby on our recent purchase. Richard was proactive and timely in his communication throughout, and worked very efficiently with the other relevant parties with our transaction.
