Very disappointed in the service received for Soraya at Lia Solicitors. First the automated email you receive when contacting is in my opinion very rude. I first instructed her at the end of August 2025 to deal with a change of lease and sale of goodwill and after asking her liaise with the other parties involved regarding a number of matters to which she refused, I had no choice but instruct another solicitor to take over and complete. I was told not to contact the office or email for updates as I would be contacted when an update was available. On the occasions that I did get to speak to her I found her to be rude and condescending.

We were quite out of our depth buying our first home, thankfully we had the best solicitors any one could ask for. They guided us through the process, explaining every step along the way. They are great solicitors and have great customer service. Solving every issue we met along the way immediately and effectively. Would recommend to everybody. Thank you Lia team for everything!!!!!
