Excellent service, Soraya and her team did a great job completing on a property that had a short deadline. She is also one of the few solicitors that will take on high rise properties. Highly recommend.

Friendly enough but very expensive. I was quoted £1424.48 to add one name to deeds of house. I shopped around and got it done for just under £490 Addition following response. I appreciate you have many first class reviews. For over £1000 pounds less I received excellent service from the firm I chose and completion was extremely quick. I’m sure you can appreciate £1000 pounds difference in cost is a huge amount.

Soraya was calm, professional and patient throughout the many months it took us to sell and buy our new house. Lia Solicitors are reliable and trustworthy and fair and transparent about their costs. I recommend them.

Soraya has been excellent in guiding us through the whole process of buying a house as a first time buyer. She was always responsive and helpful in explaining everything we needed to do.
