Do NOT ever consider using this firm. They have zero integrity, professionalism, compassion. They will work to sabotage there own clients who it's their duty to legally protect at the request of the courts who they say their commitment is with. If you are faced been in a position of not been the favoured party,in court you need to change lawyers as they will seek to damage you while smiling in your face posing as your legal representation. People's lives are been destroyed through this corruption and they go home to their own families and don't care or lose a wink over the families they have wrecked. There's a story a read that's going into a podcast or Ebook about a parents fight against this broken system, people need to be aware of what goes on. They have no power over our voices.

I had to get a solicitor asap a couple of years ago and I'm so thankful I chose Lichfield & Reynolds. Nicola went above and beyond to help me and she was always there when I needed advice or if I had any problems and still is if I'm ever in need of her help. I will always be grateful for what she did for me and how well she handled my case.

I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who has never claimed before or has a bad experience with solicitors. The staff were very helpful and polite. And also, in every stage they kept me informed with everything that they did.

Never use their family solicitors, they have no work ethic, do not communicate or respond to calls, fail to send vital information, incompetence means a lot of errors are made mainly due to having a different lawyer at each hearing instead of consistency so no one ever knows what is going on, and if you do not take responsibility for error after error they will refuse to represent you and leave you without counsel at a vital stage, no compassion or interest in the client and there situation, very poor firm in general, but blessing to have them end relations as I tried to sack them many months ago but have to jump through hoops with legal aid so that is the most productive move they have done for me., most of all this firm do not CARE , do not ever go with a firm who do not have one bit of compassion where your children are involved, stay clear of this firm if you want to have a fair shot at your children been where they should be, this firm dare not even raise issues in court when your children are clearly at risk, there is no client-lawyer relationship, there for the courts only and their pay check $$$$$
