Thanks for helping us sell our flat! We have an excellent level of service, from the very beginning when Nikki visited our flat, Heather, who helped to market it and Sally, who completed conveyancing. They were all easily contactable, responded to our questions and supported us to make decisions when initially we struggled to sell our flat. The only issue I had was with the home report, but this is a separate company. The surveyor told me everything was fine, but the home report then contained a number of issues which were not discussed, and the report was clearly and copy and copy-and-paste job, as it made reference to 'our second-floor flat', we live on the ground floor, and the second-floor flat was marketed by a different company a few months previously. Lyndseys however, were great, therefore I have given them a 5star rating.

Excellent service from Heather Archibald and Nicola Scott when selling a flat. A special mention to Louise who kindly removed some flytipping placed outside the flat, into her own car, before doing viewings. Great communication throughout the whole process making it easy. Thanks all.

Excellent Service in dealing with estate and funeral arrangements. Avril Grieg and Callum Kennedy dealt with everything professionally and efficiently taking away all the stress and complexity at a tough time. As well as this, the whole team sorting the property sale were excellent, especially Joanna Saigeon, Heather Archibald and Nicola Scott.

From our initial contact with Clare and Shiona in the Private Client team, thereafter with Tracey, who was extremely friendly and professional providing us with the advice we needed to get the property on the market. Special thanks to Reena for keeping us up-to-date once on the market and to the stage of accepting an Offer. Nothing was too much trouble.
