I used Lindsays for the purchase of my property back in 2021, and again to sell the property. Sale completed this week, May 2025. The service was outstanding from all of the Dundee team in both the estate agency and conveyancing departments. Just seamless resulting in a very quick sale. Angela Morrison and the team came highly recommended to me and they did not disappoint. Excellent service from dealing with POA in the first instance then my uncle's will. Constant, informative updates all clearly explained. Very friendly and never felt overwhelmed with jargon or legal technicalities. I would highly recommend Lindsay's to anyone dealing with an executory. Grant Johnson and Tracey McArdle provided all services swiftly, efficiently and in a friendly manner.....great work 😊

Their solicitor S A Morton conducted the process for my son’s guardianship in such compassionate, efficient, and professional manner that I am deeply grateful. I have dealt Sam Morton and he's been outstanding from the very first day I spoke to him. He's very patient, friendly, efficient, understanding and very helpful. He took his time to explain everything and made sure I fully understood before we proceeded to the next steps. We was able to keep me calm during the whole process and he was able to elevate my concerns or worries I had. I cannot find fault this company or the solicitor. I'd highly recommend this firm to anyone,. It's more than a 10/10 service you receive.

We went to Lindsays to update our wills and POA’s. Caroline Fraser guided us through the process, explaining the various options, in a professional and friendly manner. Highly recommended.
