Manager Hou from Lisa’tax is a very professional tax and accounting practitioner. Every time we have tax questions to ask (whether it’s sending a message or asking questions in person), he will answer them clearly and patiently, meticulously and tirelessly. The tax issues in the UK are very complicated and difficult to understand. When you encounter problems, believe me: you will feel much more relaxed when having such a tax expert provide services! They have been extremely supportive, responsive, reliable and professional. Update: I have my right to leave review based on my true experience and it is my freedom to chose not to contact Lisa Tax. I have no legal obligation of identification and I have right to protect my privacy when leaving an online review. Stop pushing me for my client reference number. My genuine review does not violate any Google Review policies and I will contact Google Review Support to defense my freedom of speech. (Hide my name but review is given based on my true experience) Avoid their accounting team! They are rude and unprofessional. It was supposed to be their job to handle our annual return and taxes. But instead, they left every question to us and didn’t solve anything for us. We have to spend hours of effort on accounting stuff, which wasn’t supposed to be our job but theirs. We hired their accounting team in the hope of saving time and energy, but we ended up with more headaches and accounting work. Their attitude is very disrespectful as well.

Mr Hou is really efficient at replying phone calls and emails, provided reassuring answers and professional guidance. He really afforded individualised attention to each case. Highly recommended to anyone who needs tax related advices.
