We sold our house last year and then bought a new one recently and used Lockings for both. All of the team was great! Lori Pickering was a big stand out for us, she kept us informed throughout and was always very quick to reply to any of our emails and questions. The team go through every detail within there searches etc and there customer service skills are excellent. Lockings have been fantastic from start to finish of both the selling and purchase of our properties. Hannah was always quick to respond either via telephone or email to any if my queries (no matter how silly the questions seemed. 😊). She offered reassurance throughout the process and helped what can be a stressful process go more smoothly.
