I have been in contact with Lyons Davidson Solicitors since April 2023 for an injury claim. Throughout, my solicitor Dan Finlay has provided good communication, explaining each stage of the claim thoroughly and I have now received the desired outcome from this claim. My car accident happened in April 2023, and it is STILL not resolved. All they do is send you a million different documents to complete, ask you the same questions a thousand times, and basically do nothing to progress your case in a reasonable timeframe. I have had about 4 different case handlers and half have seemed incompetent. No idea why car insurance companies use them for motor legal claims, would have been better off finding my own solicitor. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
