Very busy firm but fantastic work ethic and communication. No needless phone calls, just updates when there's something to update. Gail looked after our sale and purchase, we had an original buyer pull out and were buying a rural property with complicated searches and we completed in a very reasonable timeframe. Gail's extensive experience shone through in her advice to us over a few issues that cropped up and she had to deal with a very difficult vendor on our behalf, we are so grateful to her and would recommend Gail and MAG for any conveyancing needs

After using mag last year to sort probat and doing a great job we thought we would use them to sell a flat, Gail was in charge of the sale, after phoning the office to be told Gail will phone you back multiple times with no call back and emails not answered we decided to go to the office to be met with what you doing here and what you want, Telling them there not answering emails or ringing back when we call them, After this there was a flurry of email activity but updates were very slow and had to keep pushing to get things sorted, none of the family will be telling friends or family to use mag, Gave a feeling you were'nt important to them even though your paying for service.

MAG Solicitors Best Team in West Midlands!!! I have another 2 experience in Willenhall with Solicitors and I can tell you MAG is the best one. Always answer the phone, if you send email you get back all answers on same day. Easy to deal quick and efficient and they will answer questions in understandable way not "solicitors" :)))) Many tanks to Gail who deal with our sale!
