A massive thank you to Neil McEvoy of M&B solicitors. We thought we were too old to take our baby on and social services wanted him to be adopted. Neil talked us through the process and appealed against the adoption, he even got independent social workers to help us. Yesterday we were told our baby could live with us. We are over the moon with happiness. This is the second time I have asked Neil for help with a child and he has fully supported us each time. If you have a problem I suggest you get in touch with Neil McEvoy nothing is ever too much for him to sort out.

I’d like to give the highest possible recommendation to Neil McEvoy and the whole team at M&B Solicitors and Barristers. My family's case was particularly complex and before Neil took on the case, it was looking bleak. Neil was thorough and diligent going through all the court papers, building the case as strong as it could possibly be. I loved how Neil was fearless and firm with the Local Authority, yet managed to balance that with a good level of diplomacy and always maintained a positive working relationship with the other legal team. At times, Neil gave advice that was different to our thinking, but we always followed the advice and he was right every time. Having the privilege of working with Neil has taught me a lot, but most importantly it’s secured a safe and better future for our family. The case was life changing for us. He’s the best in the UK.

Thank you so much to Neil McEvoy and the team at M&B!! My children are now home and the Care Orders DISCHARGED!! I was told by other solicitors that my case was impossible to win. What can I say I'm so absolutely greatful to Neil McEvoy and m&b To say thank you doesn't seem enough the work that Neil has done for my family is enormous the time Neil takes to go threw everything may i add in fine detail nothing is ever to much trouble the respect and honest views he has given myself is just to say the least. We found this buisiness late in our case and were due in court the following week. We were invited down to office to present our case. They took an interest straight away and so the hard work began. Jenny the owner is a lovely woman and speaks to you in a very polite manner. Neil Mcevoy was the main man and worked tirelessly. We spoke every day and maybe up to 5 times a day, even on weekends and through the emails we could tell he was working through the night. They lined us with one of the top family barristers in country and we have had a fantastic result. We would highly recommend this company. We even feel Jenny and Neil have become our friends . It has been wonderful to speak to Jenny and Neil on a level playing field and not spoken down to like many other's do.
