We used Macnairs & Wilson to buy our house, having had a recommendation from a friend who'd used them. I have heard from lots of people who've been moving about the stresses that have been caused things being done at the last minute, and I am happy to say that I will have no such stories to report, as Macnairs & Wilson were across everything, proactive, and very good at communicating to us what was going on. Consequently, there was no stress at all from our side, and everything went smoothly. Amy really knew her stuff, and was able to quickly resolve any potential issues, and Erin was great at keeping everything moving and making sure that all the i's were dotted and t's crossed. I will use them again in the future and would definitely recommend them to others.

Excellent and professional service when dealing with my property sale. Frequent and easy to understand communication throughout, and excellent adaptability (especially as some processes couldn’t be managed in person due to the pandemic).
