I recently sold a leasehold apartment and bought a new property using Mantilla & Stonerwood for conveyancing. Sayema was excellent throughout and communication was prompt which is hard to find with solicitors. I would highly recommend Mantilla & Stonerwood for any conveyancing.

They never got back to me as I requested them to provide me with a copy of my lease as I made a lease and 4 years ago and unfortunately lost my version. It's been more than 6 months. I called many times. Yoh even cannot find the solicitor to talk to.
