As a first-time buyer, I was very happy with the service I received. Mohammed was professional, approachable, and kept me informed at every stage. He explained everything clearly, which made the process much easier to understand. There was a small issue regarding some documents and the ISA bonus, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Mantilla & Stonerwood completely mishandled what should have been a simple family transfer of property. Instead of listening to my instructions, they sent out a cookie-cutter “house purchase” letter full of nonsense about moving dates, chains, removals and surveys - none of which applied. When I pointed this out, they were defensive, dismissive and patronising. Rather than correcting their errors, they passed the file to a paralegal who clearly hadn’t a clue what they were doing. This firm does not listen, does not understand context, and cannot follow basic instructions. They waste time, create confusion, and then expect you to pay for their mistakes. If you value professionalism and competence, avoid Mantilla & Stonerwood at all costs.

First class service. They are professional, experienced & keep you updated throughout the whole process. I've used them several times to sell properties & cannot fault them. In fact I have recommended them to a friend. The charges are very reasonable & I would recommend without a doubt.
