Markand and co. were referred to me by my mortgage advisor. Overall, we had a very smooth and excellent experience working with Dipesh and Manjot. As first-time buyers, the house purchasing process was unfamiliar to us, yet the team facilitated a smooth transaction, significantly reducing the anticipated stress. Their communication was consistently exceptional - prompt, clear, and courteous. We were fully informed throughout the process, and they consistently provided swift responses to all inquiries and updates. They patiently guided us through each stage, which helped us a lot.
