He acted in a very friendly and trustworthy way and dealt with matters in an effective and pro-active manner. Fantastic service, Quick understanding and very professional. I was quickly called back and handed over to Paul who took my case very seriously and has spent a lot of time working hard to resolve it. I do not have a bad word to say about this company as I am happy with their contact and efforts from Paul. Would recommend to anyone who needs a legal matter looking into and resolving.

Not our solicitors but the other side. We inherited a house and wished to sell it with the longstanding tennant in situ. Our agents did this and our solicitors (Kirkhams) were first class. Not so this outfit. The Senior Conveyancer seemed to have forgotten she is there to SERVE her customer. I was once told that Accountants and Solicitors do not produce anything..they just keep score and follow rules. At no stage was anything prepared in advance and every search or action was last minute leading to delay after delay. She was impossible to contact direct by our agents and Solicitors.The warning signs were there; she went on holiday leaving strict instructions that the case was NOT to be progressed until she returns. And I thought there was no i in team...Perhaps related to Butch and the Sundance Kid... treat with caution

Paul Ridehalgh dealt with my matters and I was very impressed with the service I received. He is very knowledgeable and understanding, and his answers to my questions were always helpful, relevant, and in good time. I was very grateful for the assistance.

Very disappointed with this company, did not respond to my request for help, I even gave them the benefit of doubt and contacted again to check that they had my details, which they did. The receptionist was not very helpful either, the 1st call I spoken to a very rude lady and the 2nd was not willing to help progress my call. I do not like to leave negative reviews as I fully understand how they can affect a business, but if the business operates like this, they need these reviews to improve, or warn others not to bother wasting their time.
