Marsons Solicitors

We have just completed on our first-time purchase, and even though we had a very long and difficult buying process (due to issues with the seller's ownership and amount of time on the lease), Vanessa and Mavish were excellent throughout. In the beginning, we decided to go with Marsons largely down to the good reviews, and now I really understand why. They were professional, down to earth, always protected our interests and made sure we were aware and understood throughout the process, and I would highly recommend Marsons. Thanks again to Vanessa and Mavish!

We recently completed the sale of a family property with Marsons Solicitors, and they were exceptional throughout. With executors based in different countries, the process could easily have become complicated, but Marsons handled everything with clarity and real care. We always felt well‑informed, and their attention to detail made the whole experience far smoother than we expected. We’re genuinely grateful for their support and would happily recommend Marsons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and highly competent conveyancing team.

We used Marsons Solicitors for a recent remortgage and cannot recommend them highly enough. Mavish Husnain and Vanessa Banks were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and Mavish was incredibly thorough in guiding us through the final paperwork and lender requirements. Thanks to their efficiency and hard work, everything was processed seamlessly and completed exactly on our target date. A brilliant, stress-free service from a highly professional team!

We used Marsons Solicitors for our house purchase and part exchange. Melanie, Lucy and Darcey provided an exceptional service. I have moved several times and Marsons were head and shoulders above the other solicitors I have used previously. They were fantastic and often tried to resolve issues themselves. They were proactive and there communication was prompt and clear. I would certainly recommend them.
