I have No doubt, whatsoever to recommend Martin Shepherd Solicitors LLP to only people who are seeking to use, great company with a full experienced professional team when buying or selling your property. Their charges are very reasonable and they value money. All the professional services they promised to offer you when you contacted at the start of the transaction journey unbelievably, fully adhered to beyond my comprehension. For example, aside from being fully updated regularly and painstakingly ensuring that your debtors registered on your property doesn't reap you off and you are carrying along at every stage, ensuring swift action and responses, with utmost care, patience, cooperation and act accordingly to individual circumstances or situation calmly. It's happy ending.

Sarah was excellent throughout the whole process. She and her helpful secretary Karen communicated everything very clearly, always responded speedily to all enquiries and were very supportive throughout. Sarah was very thorough, precise, detailed and professional in all her correspondence but also very helpful on the phone when it was easier to talk things through and despite it being an extremely busy period for her, never made us feel she didn’t have time for us. Our sale and purchase involved incompetent and/or difficult solicitors on either end and her skills put them to shame - I don’t think everything would have gone through in time without her and cannot recommend her highly enough. Sarah and her team at Martin Shepherd, Merley and Abi, saved my home purchase from falling through. I originally chose A.V.Rillo as my solicitor because of all their stats about high customer ratings and fast completion times. But I could never get hold of my solicitor, while their customer service team frequently called me and pressured me to leave positive reviews. As soon as the purchase ran into difficulties and it became clear it wouldn't be a fast purchase, A.V.Rillo emailed me to say they'd be dropping me as a client. Sarah agreed to take on the purchase despite the difficulties we'd ran into and everything instantly became much simpler. Sarah's team were very responsive and rather than just forwarding me legal documents, Sarah dictated explanations of what the documents mean, even ones from my previous solicitor. She explained that A.V.Rillo had charged me for services that weren't necessary, and for other services she charged me less than 10% of what A.V.Rillo had quoted. In the end the purchase went through and Sarah's initial quote was exactly what I was charged.
