If you need a solicitor for any house purchase and sale, just go for Sarah Mitchinson! I would give a 10 star if I have the option here!!! Our sale chain was slightly complicated by our buyers. It was Sarah that made the difference and made it happen in time. She was so understanding and she listens. I never need to chase Sarah - she just does everything in time while giving us clear instructions. I can't believe how lucky we are to have had Sarah's help for our purchase and sale! Very impressed with the timely and professional manner in which the conveyancing for the sale of our property was conducted. Communications from the solicitor and her team were prompt and clear. Firstly i would just like to thank Sarah and her team for dealing with the conveyance in regards to my late parents property. Sarah has been outstanding in all aspects, efficient, polite, understanding , always available to talk through thinks, when i was not sure. I again cannot thank Sarah enough, and would and will recommend her to anyone . I will definitely use Sarah again if she would be happy to do so.
