Firstly i would just like to thank Sarah and her team for dealing with the conveyance in regards to my late parents property. Sarah has been outstanding in all aspects, efficient, polite, understanding , always available to talk through thinks, when i was not sure. I again cannot thank Sarah enough, and would and will recommend her to anyone . I will definitely use Sarah again if she would be happy to do so. Sarah was excellent throughout the whole process. She and her helpful secretary Karen communicated everything very clearly, always responded speedily to all enquiries and were very supportive throughout. Sarah was very thorough, precise, detailed and professional in all her correspondence but also very helpful on the phone when it was easier to talk things through and despite it being an extremely busy period for her, never made us feel she didn’t have time for us. Our sale and purchase involved incompetent and/or difficult solicitors on either end and her skills put them to shame - I don’t think everything would have gone through in time without her and cannot recommend her highly enough. Their charges are very reasonable and they value money. All the professional services they promised to offer you when you contacted at the start of the transaction journey unbelievably, fully adhered to beyond my comprehension. For example, aside from being fully updated regularly and painstakingly ensuring that your debtors registered on your property doesn't reap you off and you are carrying along at every stage, ensuring swift action and responses, with utmost care, patience, cooperation and act accordingly to individual circumstances or situation calmly.
