The communications were excellent. We had two properties to sell and to complete on another. Both Lisa & Hayley pushed the other side, for information, and we managed to get the purchase completed before the 1st April Stamp Duty hike. 100% recommend MWB.

We went with a local firm on the recommendation of a friend. Unfortunately, the partner assigned to our sale didn't bother talking to us until it was too late to address the issues involved in our sale/purchase

Been dealing with Lisa Taylor as an estate agent in Cornwall, assisting her clients move to our area Often we have to chase solicitors, they dont call back / we have to call several times and dont see the value in what a pro-active estate agent can do. She was super communicative, available and called back and if she wasn't available someone else did. We don't leave 5* reviews easily and have nothing at all to gain from doing so, just felt that the world needs to know that this was excellent and it was a pleasure working with you on this transaction and shame you are so far away from our area.........
