James McCarville has been absolutely fantastic in the handling of my recent my flat sale and house purchase. I always find that James provides a really diligent and thorough service. He has great attention to detail and presents his advice in a clear and straightforward way. James takes a very supportive approach, taking his time to clearly explain the process and taking the time to answer every question we had which made us feel confident at each step of the way. The sale was particularly complicated, and when the process became frustrated he kept things moving and was always available to explain what the latest situation was. His professionalism and persistence made such a stressful time so much easier! James has also handled all of my parents affairs for many years and has established a high level of respect and trust from them as well. I couldn't recommend McCarville & Co. Solicitors highly enough!

James McCarville at Rushford & McCarville handled the sale of my flat and purchase of my new build house and was excellent from start to finish. Regular communication, laser like attention to detail, and fought my corner and won when things got difficult. James and his secretaries were always on hand if I had any questions and a pleasure to deal with. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know in need of a solicitor.

I purchased my property through Rushford and McCarville. The process was complicated but James was patient, professional, friendly and very thorough throughout the whole process. The attention to detail is second to none and communication was consistent and clear, he made what was a stressful time much easier for me. James McCarville is a very honest, trustworthy, kind, caring and compassionate Solicitor. As one of the executors of my late Aunts estate, James was highly recommended. During all the restrictions of Covid he was able to access and complete all matters, and have a zoom meeting. James attention to detail was immaculate and easy to understand, as well as follow up instructions, the office was always at the end of the phone and emails were answered promptly. One of our heroes. We have used James twice now for our house moves and both times have been incredibly happy.
