Unable to complete as Matthew McCoubrey created a breakdown in relationship with our Lender. Forced to change lender AND solicitor (credit to Boyd Rice), 6 weeks later we moved into our dream home. If you want someone who responds to you in good time, helps with a stress free experience and is willing to work to resolve minor issues... go with someone else. Wasted my time, money and hopes.

Nick McKimm personally dealt with the purchase of my new home. He was excellent in keeping me up to speed with the progression of the sale and taking me through requirements.
