My Property conveyance Fee’s not refunded as I had requested. No response to email or text messages asking them for explanation? House purchase cancellation was not my fault, therefore initial outlay payment should have been returned to me, but it was not.

I’ve just purchased a new property & used McFadden & Perry as my solicitors. Definitely the right choice. Moving house is such a stressful process, never mind being in a chain of 6. However I didn’t have to worry about anything. My emails & phone calls were acted upon so quickly. So much so that I’d of got a phone call or email from Gillian just to keep me in the loop with an update on how things were progressing. Linda, Gillian & Kathleen were amazing & I can’t recommend them highly enough. I have other business that I need to attend to that also requires a solicitor, so I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else.
