The process of selling our flat in Newcastle was pretty smooth. Generally everything was clear and went quickly and the communication has been very good. At times we have been smiling at the language use in emails (choice of words/grammar/syntax/logical order) but that's really the only thing we could fault this company. Excellent value for money.
