We used McKeag and Co for both a house sale and a house purchase. Our house purchase had been complicated by additional legal issues, which Sarah helped us navigate, and she repeatedly went out of her way to ensure we could complete as soon as possible. Our house sale was straightforward, and we completed in under 2 months, thanks to Megan's proactiveness. Both Sarah and Megan were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive and I would recommend the firm wholeheartedly.

Quite disappointed with these guys… I had initially enquired with them in regards to a personal injury claim, in which intitally they said they would not be able to help with, however, a few days after this, I got a call from Amy about an email they sent me, that they could in fact take in my case (which of course I was very confused by) but then after reading everything through & being quite happy with everything, for Mckeeg & Co to take on the case. A few days after signing, sending so much evidence , I thought I would give a call to Mckeeg & Co for an update, as i didn't hear anything from them, Amy then said my case was under review with the directors (which again I thought was odd) anyway today I had to call again for an update in which my case that they originally said they couldn't do, then could do, has now gone back to them not being able to take on, & has been closed. VERY, VERY disappointed & totally feel like it was a total waste of time, as I cancelled other Solictors due to them saying they could take it on.

The process of selling our flat in Newcastle was pretty smooth. Generally everything was clear and went quickly and the communication has been very good. At times we have been smiling at the language use in emails (choice of words/grammar/syntax/logical order) but that's really the only thing we could fault this company. Excellent value for money.
