Called to speak to Jim Petticrew as he was handling my case. when calling to ask to speak to Jim was spoken too rudely by his secretarys and then when I had advised that I had a recorded phone call regarding to the way I was spoken to by his staff which I was going to present to Jim on my next appointment I was emailed saying that the firm would no longer be taking my case. Definatly one of the worse law firms about. The firm needs to audit there secretarys and see for themselves the way they are speaking and treating clients phoning to speak to a solicitor.

When buying a first home you are often worried about being taken advantage of. This is not a worry with McLennan Adam Davis, Stuart Paterson dealt with my case and from start to finish was top notch. I cannot say my praises enough. Communication was fantastic with him often replying quicker than I could to emails. When I look to seek legal help again I will be returning. Thank you very much.

Outstanding customer service skills and I will most definitely use their services again. Jim was my solicitor and handled everything perfectly. Thank you so much for giving me closer, not only that but the simple fact that you managed my case with such professionalism was amazing. I felt very comfortable. The receptionists at the front desk were also very professional.

Stuart has been fantastic throughout, he responds immediately, is extremely efficient and has made the entire process an absolute pleasure.
