When it comes to family law, Craig Solicitors are an old-school “bully first, then (inevitably) go to court” firm, masquerading as a modern law firm. Where the parties involved are parents and children already under significant stress and risk of mental health breakdown, I think most right-minded people now view these practices as questionable, if not unethical. Based on my direct experience, there's a concerning trend at Craig Solicitors where family welfare appears to take a backseat to profit. Their relentless pursuit of billable hours, seemingly at the expense of efficient and compassionate resolutions, raises serious questions. It's crucial for them to reassess their priorities and ensure they're serving their clients, children, counter parties, and the wider community with the integrity and empathy they deserve.

Melanie's service is second to none. Her prompt 'no nonsense' responses to questions are a refreshing change in a profession full of ifs and maybes. Her fees are fair based on the time needed to deal with a matter, but her advice is invaluable when considering which way to deal with a situation. Would I recommend her? I would and I have several times and each time the person recommended has rang to thank me and has been equally glowing about the service they have received. 5 star plus from me.

Made a simple request for a short legal appointment. Met with dismissive, unhelpful rudeness and a complete lack of customer service. This solicitors would do well to remember that anyone who contacts you is a potential client and should be treated as such.
