Leah was the conveyancing solicitor for the purchase of my home and she carried this out to such an outstanding level that I felt very lucky, and I felt reassured throughout by the strong sense of trust that I felt in the excellence and integrity of her work. She was extremely thorough, efficient, responsive and thoughtful, and always highlighted the most important information and explained it very clearly and patiently. The process could have been stressful because the sellers' solicitor created many delays and at multiple points didn't carry out required tasks, but Leah was very proactive about following up and her exceptional work made it a wonderful experience, despite the obstacles caused by the sellers' solicitor. I'd recommend Leah so highly, and I'm pleased to be able to recommend her conveyancing to my friends and family, knowing that they would have an equally positive experience.
