Extremely poor communication and a complete lack of professionalism. I contacted this firm regarding a legal matter and was told that Timothy Brewster would get in touch with me. That never happened. I followed up multiple times by email and received no response whatsoever. At this point, the firm has simply gone silent. For a law firm, this level of disregard is unacceptable. Legal matters require clear communication and basic follow-up, neither of which I experienced here. I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this firm if responsiveness matters at all.

I worked with Peter, Olivia, Mel and Lindsay to deal with my Dad's estate after her passed away. I was deciding whether or not to go with the Co-Op or a smaller firm, I am really pleased that I chose Meridian. The team are extremely professional and very responsive. I'd typically recieve respones from them within a couple of hours, even when they would need some time to consult with colleagues. It's a very emotive and complicated process to be the executor of someones will, Meridian will remove as much confusion and uncertainty as possible. I would recommend you work with them too if you have a similar situation to contend with. Goodluck.

Wholly disappointed with the recent experience and sad to say that I wouldn’t use them again nor would I recommend them.
