Very disappointing experience. Emails from receiving party solicitor were not sent to me it was only a month later when followed up this was discovered. Unable to speak to solicitor via phone advised to send an email and someone would get back to book an appointment. On the occasion I did make an appointment I was waiting for 45 minutes before being seen. The appointment I did attend did not proceed further due to the month long wait on getting any update. Do not recommend.

Exceptional service received. From our first consultation, Michelle was completely professional, knowledgeable and took time to ensure I fully understood the legal process. I am forever grateful for her responsive nature and always attending to telephone calls, appointments and emails appropriately.

Very disorganised office. Dealt directly with Michelle who seemed very competent but her office made many mistakes via email and only really seemed to care about receiving payment. As soon as they were paid she never followed up to finish my case. Very disappointing office who charge extortionate fees.

Very expensive experience and gained nothing , I may as well have set fire to my hard earned money , most solicitors will offer free consultation , I was told how much an hour , but I thought that was when taking on my case , but I paid a lot of money for one hour and gained nothing more than I already knew , please dont waste your hard earned money , this solicitor is as cold as my x , the one I was seeking to defend myself from. I would have gave minus 10 star rating but I had to give one star to warn people
