Expensive fees for many consultations that achieved no tangible progress whilst I payed upfront each time for each consultation. Also Requested and held a large sum money upfront to keep on account also. Long waits in the corridor of up to 45/60 minutes at a a time during all scheduled appointments. Very slow service with very large sums spent & next to no progress forcing me to change solicitor. My only regret is not changing solicitors sooner after nearly 2 years. My reasons for seeking a solicitor are now resolved and closed by the new solicitor. Iv no doubt Michelle and staff do work hard however the impression is of an overwhelmed stressed expensive service. Unfortunately I can not recommend..

Exceptional service received. From our first consultation, Michelle was completely professional, knowledgeable and took time to ensure I fully understood the legal process. Very disappointing experience. Emails from receiving party solicitor were not sent to me it was only a month later when followed up this was discovered. Unable to speak to solicitor via phone advised to send an email and someone would get back to book an appointment. On the occasion I did make an appointment I was waiting for 45 minutes before being seen. The appointment I did attend did not proceed further due to the month long wait on getting any update. Do not recommend.

She turned up late to our appointment with take away coffee. Didn't listen to why I was there, interrupted and talked over me when I was trying to explain things. I found her to be quite rude and abrupt - a complete waste of time and money.
