We have just sold the house belonging to an elderly friend for whom we have power of attorney and Louise Peters and her team, particularly Danielle, did an excellent job. All our correspondence from them was friendly and efficient and they enabled the house sale to go through quickly and smoothly. Although they were more expensive than some, we are glad that we chose them and would do so again.

My Brother and I recently appointed Michelmores to act on the sale of our Mums property. We also used them for the purchase a few years ago. Lucy and the Conveyancing Team were always professional throughout the transaction, very responsive to any questions and very thorough throughout. Sadly, during the sale process we then had to manage the probate process. All of this additional stress was taken away from us as Michelmores were able to progress this through their Probate team, with Jess and Macualey managing this through to completion for us. Thank you all, we really appreciate your help and you will no doubt be our first port of call if we require anything else in the future.

I've used Michelmores to both buy and sell property without issue. Very happy with service provided. Good communication and no needless delays. Not the cheapest quote, but no unexpected extras and a fair price to pay for good service
