We cannot thank Maisie Jagger enough for the absolutely outstanding work she did as our conveyancer at Michelmores. From start to finish, Maisie was truly brilliant. She was always extremely approachable, kind, and supportive, and she made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier and far more calming. Maisie was always happy to help, consistently took the time to explain everything clearly, and was fantastic at communicating - always calling back or picking up the phone when needed. Her professionalism, efficiency, and reassurance made a huge difference to our experience. What can I say, Ellie made our house purchase effortless. We could always contact Ellie with any queries and they were dealt with in a timely manner. Michelmores - could not have asked for any more. The service, professionalism and work ethic are 2nd to none. From hitting a few bumps in the purchasing journey they were 1 step ahead all the way making it as smooth and as easy as possible for me. Chantelle was great from the start. Her communication and understanding of the individual requests of clients were far above and beyond the norm. Nothing was too much trouble, no questioned unanswered and when needed to her experience shone through to push the purchase over the line. Hopefully the first of many transactions Highly recommended to anyone.

We used Michelmores for the sale of our apartment and purchase of our new house. Daisy Palmer-Brown dealt with our file. Throughout the whole process she has been efficient, responsive and professional in dealing with our buyer's solicitor who we believe was one of these online conveyancy companies...not to be recommended! Daisy kept us well informed throughout the whole process. We would recommend you consider Michelmores for any future buying or selling conveyancy. We would give them six stars if we could!

Michelmores handled the conveyancing for our sale and onward purchase. Throughout the process their communication with us was excellent and they responded to our many questions promptly and clearly, never making us feel that we were being a nuisance. They worked really hard to work within a very tight timescale which was dictated by our buyers. They also handled the complication of receiving a gift from abroad with speed and efficiency. We would recommend them unreservedly.
