Ok so, a vulnerable, autistic, non verbal 21 year old is being stopped from seeing his mother. I sent 2 emails asking if I can have an initial free consultation ,which remained unanswered. I called and spoke to a kid who asked and recorded my nationality, then I remembered this is Southall . Darling, dont tell me "yes I know yes I understand" over the phone, if you are not in the situation you have no idea what you are saying and by the tone of your voice Iam guessing you are 10 years old so unable to have a 21 year old son. She said she recorded the case as top priority (and I dont believe she did) yet nobody got back to me and its been one week. UPDATE Called them back after one week, and I was turned down. A LAWYER who turns down help for a disabled person, a lawyer who even refused an initial consultation to just know the details of what is going on. This is on all social media from London to Tokyo passing through Cairo.

This law firm takes the cases on legal aid, then they charge the client for making the documents, translations, and every small things that they can charge then once the client get a negative decision they just drop them not even supporting them during appeal, not even appealing for them which is 30 minutes of time and a free service, when you get a lawyer make sure you are hiring the right people
