I had a very disappointing experience with this law group. The office is completely disorganized, with long wait times and little attention given to clients. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait for hours, only to see the caseworker leave for lunch while many clients were still waiting. It felt like my case was not a priority, and the lack of professionalism was frustrating. Communication was poor, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. If you’re looking for a law firm that values your time and treats your case with care, I would not recommend this one.
