Roger Isaacs acted as mediator in a long-running, highly emotive dispute concerning the value of compensation due to a commercial agent under the 1993 Regulations. He was extremely professional, efficient and courteous. He thoroughly understood the papers, he knew the issues and was able to apply his skills and experience to effectively steer the parties towards a commercial resolution.
