My experience with Mirandus Accountants has been absolutely wonderful. Shai has been my dedicated self-assessment tax agent, and she has been nothing short of brilliant. She is incredibly accommodating, responsive, and has expertly assisted me in completing my personal assessment for the past year. I highly recommend Mirandus to anyone in need of a personal accountant for their self-employment needs. Regardless of your business type, they provide outstanding, non-discriminatory service. If I ever decide to pursue self-employment again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services!

Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. This is my first time even writing a Google review which shows how disappointed I am, I scheduled calls with Shaima Todd three times, and each time, she missed it without any notice. I understand that people can be busy, but there was a complete lack of clear communication. For the first two calls, I didn’t receive a response until hours after the scheduled times, and for the third, I received no response at all. Despite always being respectful in my messages, her responses were vague and didn’t provide basic information on where or how the call would take place. The last two missed calls were even times that Shaima herself had suggested. After reading other reviews from as far back as a year ago, it’s evident that this issue has been affecting both new and existing customers. I am in genuine, utter shock at this unprofessional behavior. This isn’t just a matter of professional etiquette; it’s a basic lack of respect in human interaction to completely belittle someone and disregard their time and energy. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed. My time and energy were wasted, and I wouldn’t recommend this Mirandus to anyone. Unless you’re looking to be let down and ignored, I’d advise against contacting Mirandus. It’s embarrassing, disappointing, and extremely concerning to see such a lack of professional courtesy and disorderly behavior. I guess it was my mistake for having continued patience and giving them the benefit of the doubt. In the end I really feel like I dodged a bullet by not working with Mirandus Accountants.

Im self employed and based in London. I've been working with Shaima for the last year and she has be so helpful. She is always very prompt to answer. Communication is very clear and efficient. I highly recommend!

I had asked around my network for recommendations on accountants to help me with my tax return, and Shaima Todd's name came up more than once - after meeting with her I can see why. Shai is extremely knowledgable and professional in what she does, she gave me some fantastic advice relevant to my financial situation, and is a lovely person to boot.
