Michal and Emilia are a great team. From first contact to job completion the whole process was carried out professionally & respectfully. Michal arrived to look at the job within a few hours of contacting him. He explained how he proposed to carry out the work and made sure that we were happy with this. The quote was emailed to us the next day and a date to carry out the work within our timeframe was agreed. On the day of the job Michal and Emilia arrived punctually. We were then given a run through of the procedure and asked if we were OK with that. A couple of unforeseen issues were brought to our attention with options for remedies. These were quickly resolved and did not delay their progress. The job was completed on time and all certification was emailed to us later the same day. The best electricians! Explained everything giving me options for sockets. Fitted new fuseboard and installed oven without a scratch. All done in a day and I'm happy with the price. I will only use them in future and my neighbour has already booked them after seeing their work. I highly recommend them.

Brilliant electricians. Very prompt in surveying and providing a quote with possible dates for the work to be done. They turned up on the day and on time. They were both very polite, very professional and all round lovely people. Very helpful with the electrical work and explained everything very well. We had complete confidence in them to get on with the work that was needed to be done. All work was done on time including helping with a bit of unplanned extra work. It was a pleasure having them both in our home doing the work that was needed. Brilliant electricians. They have done several jobs for us now and the service has always been great - professional, friendly, prompt, good communication. From the first visit we felt we could trust Michal and his work, he fully explains what and why needs doing and provides advice on different options.
