Rude owner. I had spoken to an immigration solicitor who promised she would pass on my details to the relevant department within her firm. This was over four days ago. Long story short, I waited several days for her to call me back, only to find that after I had to call them up myself, to chase up the matter, the owner took the call, and refused point blank to provide me with a quote when it was in fact she who was incredibly rude and hostile. Prospective clients beware. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing at this workplace, particularly considering they are not a cheap legal practice either. Clearly the owner does not have pleasant staff - and communication is big, major issue here. So despicable.
