For anyone who has experience of that old adage that 99% of solicitors give the rest a bad name, if you live in or around Bath and you need help with a property purchase the exception to the rule is Alison Treble and the team at Mogers Drewett! Alison responded to my initial enquiry the same day and searches were ordered immediately. 6 weeks later as a result of willing parties and more importantly a proactive approach from Alison, and we were able to exchange and complete. Consistent communication is always important and I felt that I was an important client even though in reality I’m sure she had a heavy workload to manage. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alison and the Mogers Drewett team to anyone who wants to be kept informed and get things done in a timely manner!

I would highly recommend Mogers Drewitt for their sensible, practical approach to supporting small businesses. We have worked with them over several years to secure 3 commercial leases and have found them an absolute pleasure to work with. My experience with Drewett Solicitors was nothing short of appalling. They repeatedly mishandled my case, submitting incorrect and ineligible forms, and most shockingly, breached confidentiality on sensitive matters. Their lack of professionalism and care directly contributed to unnecessary stress and delays. Due to the severity of their conduct, the matter has now been escalated to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) for formal investigation. This is not just a case of poor service it was a complete failure in their legal and ethical responsibilities. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this firm. If your case matters to you, take it elsewhere.

Staff at Mogers have been absolutely brilliant in every way helping us through not only my father's Power of Attorney and his will but also in selling his home after passing away. a lot of this was new territory for us but the helpful and professional advice received was very much appreciated. In selling the property we have unexpected problems with deeds and probate but Mogers solicitors dealt with every eventuality well, explained everything, were very quick in responding and made the whole process bearable. Thank you so much Lydia, Lyesha, David and Kate for all your valuable help, advice, patience with my questions and overall kindness. It has been very much appreciated in every way.

The team managed to sort out a late Will for my father and did everything accordingly and are friendly. However when it came to picking up the Will, we were not informed that we had to ring up and inform them we wanted to collect it as the official paper was not in the building, a wasted journey just to be told that. Future reference, tell your clients they need to ring first!
