⭐ 1/5 — Montrose Solicitors’ careless guidance caused my Skilled Worker visa refusal My experience with Montrose Solicitors has been extremely disappointing. Before submitting my Skilled Worker visa application, I specifically asked them to check and confirm whether my English test was acceptable for the Skilled Worker route. They reviewed it, approved it, and assured me that everything was correct. But in reality, the English test I provided was NOT the correct UKVI-approved PTE test required for the Skilled Worker category. They approved it without even knowing the basic requirement that the test must have a UKVI reference number. This is a fundamental part of the application, and any professional immigration solicitor should know this without a doubt. Because of their incorrect guidance and poor document checking, I was awarded 0 points for English language, and my Skilled Worker visa was refused. The refusal could have been completely avoided if they had simply verified my English test properly. I trusted Montrose Solicitors with an important part of my future, but their lack of attention and incorrect advice caused unnecessary loss of time, money, and opportunity. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Montrose Solicitors to anyone for UK immigration matters.

Very disappointing experience. The agency’s high ratings don’t match reality. They kept changing timelines, communication was unclear, the final service was far below what was promised, and I was rejected with no reason. Double-check everything before trusting their reviews.
